💜 H.O.P.E. Food Pantry (Help Other People Eat) At Rivers of Hope Ministries, we operate the H.O.P.E. Food Pantry (Help Other People Eat), serving residents of Bexar County in the Medical Center area of San Antonio. Our community food distribution is held on the Saturday of the 2nd week of every month, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until food runs out. All food distributions are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We are a walk-up pantry (weather permitting), and no documentation is required to receive assistance. Food distribution takes place at the back of Medical Center Church, located at: 7015 Wurzbach Rd. San Antonio, TX 78240 To better serve our community, we've transitioned to one monthly distribution, allowing us to keep our pantry better stocked throughout the month. This also enables us to provide Pantry Drop-In Assistance for families experiencing emergency food needs between our scheduled distributions. If you need assistance before our next distribution, please call 210-693-0124 or email info@riversofhopeministries.com. Assistance is based on current pantry availability. In addition to food assistance, we also offer clothing for individuals and families in need. We are always accepting donations of non-perishable and perishable food, clothing, toys, children's books, hygiene items, and Bibles. Every donation helps us provide hope and practical assistance to families throughout our community. 💜 We are excited to be developing a new initiative — H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Pay Expenses) — an assistance fund designed to help individuals and families struggling with essential expenses. This program is currently in the start-up phase, and we are accepting donations only at this time.
