Rivers of Hope Ministries
We are Rivers of Hope Ministries a non-profit organization founded in 2022 by Terry and Stacie Rivers.
Rivers of Hope Ministries is an outreach ministry based in the Leon Valley area of San Antonio, Texas.
The mission of Rivers of Hope Ministries is to share the love of Christ and spread hope by providing material support to people in need around the world.
Our goal is to grow this organization to eventually provide not only food, but clothing, basic needs, shelter, financial provision, child care, transportation, healing programs for addiction and trauma, bible studies for growth in Christ and so much more, not only in San Antonio, but in multiple locations around the world. We want to spread the love of Christ and let people know they are not alone and they are loved.
It is our job as the Body of Christ to come together and help people in their time of need. We can’t do this without your help. We are always accepting food donations and hygiene items to distribute to those in need. We also accept donations of Bibles to give to those that need them.
At this time, we are operating a monthly food pantry, H.O.P.E. Help Other People Eat, in Leon Valley. The food pantry is open every 3rd Saturday, by appointment only.
We occasionally have clothing available for those in need. Please send us an email if you are in need of clothing. We do accept clothing donations.
We are in the process of starting an Assistance Fund, H.O.P.E. Helping Others Pay Expenses. Our goal with this fund is to help anyone in need of paying expenses. At this time, this initiative is in the start-up phase, and we are only accepting donations for the fund.
We also partner with multiple ministries and orphanages throughout Africa, Haiti and around the globe to help raise funds for their ministries and spread hope to those in need around the world.
