Melkam Hiwot Leenatochena Hitsanat Yebego Adiragot Dirgit meaning Abundant Life for Mothers and Children. Melkam Hiwot is a registered charity organization operating in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.

Melkam Hiwot helps women who have HIV with food support, job creation for prostitutes, skill training, and education support for children. They also provide a pregnancy care center against abortion.

Rivers of Hope Ministries is Happy to partner with Melkam Hiwot and committed to bring Hope and Share the Love of Christ with the Mothers and Children of Ethiopia..

Currently they are in need of school supplies for primary school children and food. They currently house 15 mothers and their children and are in desperate need of supplies.
